Eternal Sands

Eternal Sands

As we walk on the beach our hands united by the blood truce, the new season has arrived. We

must leave before the sun falls and brings us an eternal damnation that is oh so sweet. As we

leave the shore the Mermaids give us a dance forgiveness, they can only do so much. Their fate

is bound to the endless oceans. Which give life but take it in the same hand. But as the Mermaid

is bound to the water, we are bound to the sands. So now we shall wait for the sun to shatter

on top of our bodies. I crave while waiting for this sweat pain. But now we will wait here for the

sun to end our childish existence and bring us to new dimensions were the mermaid is free and

the mortal liberated.

rasbobho tuf, I love mermaids and I love how you painted an oceanscape with her and the sun. ginga

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
