Diana - sorta short story
Diana
Diana stared at the body of the man that dared to touch her. She laughed humorlessly as the painful memories bombarded her fatigued mind, memories in which he tried to make her scream in pain.
Diana clutched onto the dagger that suddenly seemed to weigh a ton. Finally it was done. No longer will she have to suffer the cruelty that he claimed was love.
Diana let loose a victorious smile as her bare feet came into contact with his life's source. It had been carved out and dropped carelessly to the side, like he had done that day so many months ago.
From the doorway came a sharp cry of joy. Diana looked up to assess the faces of her sisters. Their faces were filled with nothing but satisfaction. It had finally happened. Finally her revenge was complete and she was at peace.
