    Poem Commentary

    Love is so complicated. Break ups are so hard to forget when the relationship meant so much to the both of us. This will get better though.

    This feeling cannot leave.

    I should be over you by now.
    It has been almost two weeks.
    I cannot seem to forget all of the good times we had,
    And all of the laughs we shared.
    Ever touch we felt filled my heart so much more.
    We were so in love,
    And I cannot let go of that.
    I still love you.
    You said that you are done with me,
    But I cannot let your heart go.
    You are moving on,
    And you tell me to do the same,
    There is one problem.
    I love you and I cannot seem to get you out of my head,
    You are always on my mind.
    I should be over you by now, but I dont know when I will stop this feeling.
    YOu were my first true love, and I cannot ever forget you.

    Ever read Millay's "TiIME DOES NOT BRING RELIEF" this brings that poem to mind. Every time you think you are over someone a memory brings them back. This is well written with the emotions ringing clear. just loved it
