Records from a Scientist 2
I found that inexperience cannot exist with braveryAside from my nyctophobia,
Death looms daily as dawn.
I found that fear and panic live three blocks from each other.
They are like the neighbours who visit,
Whether they are invited or not.
I found that with the art of words I can be wooed.
My past beckons, while the future seems indifferent,
So I tend to go back alot.
I found that true love is imperfectly undying.
Everything unfair or unworthy sooner or later,
Fails and falls before it.
I found that I believe in God.
Recently, I have been mad at him,
I asked him for a favor, not sure he listened.
I found that no one knows my soul.
Money and sex can't make it more transparent,
I just wish that others had the keys to see.
I found that I am still in love with u.
Willing it away doesnt seem to work,
Thus I am resigned to notes,...lol.
I found that beauty comes with earrings and tattoos.
They know themselves, and have peace,
that is true beauty...being different, being yourself.
I found that prayer doesnot console me all the time,
I need real arms, and a body to complete the feeling.
I found that I have time in heaven, not earth.
I found that I have discovered me.
Its not easy to admit the monster in my dreams,
was me....
