Magical World part two
In this metaphoric story, I strive to tell an age old
tale. There in the magic word.
Furry creatures dance and cavort. A cannons explosive
report. And mermaids swim into the bay of myth.
All this serves, as a getaway. A holiday of sorts.
Crack the spine of any book and look within.
There inside you will find forgotten friends.
Robin Hood makes the sheriff pay for all his past
due sins. He taxes who should pay and that is grand.
King Arthur holds court with Guinevere so sexy at
his side. Who knew she would screw Lancelot?
Such a naughty thing to hide! Seems she is a queen
but a scandalous harlot too!
As the Minotaur seeks release and the labyrinth thwarts
his escape at every turn. We roast marshmallows on a
campfire made of dead leaves from the forest floor.
And we escape into the stories, each one giving us more.
The Hobbits dance, watch fireworks and drink mead
they brewed themselves. While Roland teaches me the
quick draw that killed the lobstrosities themselves.
What a cool place! Dragons flying o'er our heads.
We see that monkey once again. He is riding now on
the Unicorn we couldn't find last time. He is hooting
and swaying as the oompa loompa's keep the time to
the tune. And we see coming at us a parade!
Read a book my friend, we shall all see you there.
Someday!
