Youth and Passion: Light up the sky

Youth and Passion: Light up the sky

Racing across the sky
 a shooting star
 so far
 so bright
 so beautiful

Never shall I reach that star
 the sky
 her kingdom

but behold

The night sky full of stars
 burning brightly
 so beautiful

They float above
smiling down on me

It will come again
 Another Chance
 Another Day
 Another Love
 Another Light
 Another Star

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
