When up is all there is
I fell down and down again as if it was a sinI lost so many battles that I never saw the end
With my mind confused about what to do with my present circumstance
I first stopped doing the redundant thing that never gave me a chance
I reached inside and focused hard to find some kind of strength
And what I found is that falling down was no coincidence
I caught myself, postured my body and quickly planted my feet
I bent my knees a little which made my balance sweet
