the man in the blood soaked
robe
walked staggering
as if drunk
up the hill covered
with onlookers
some sad
most shouting crucify
as he struggled for his
human breath
bearing the weight
of the heavy cross
a man who had done no wrong
but condemmed anyway
to the hill of skulls.

to be obedient

way out of eternity

GOD
had not sent his son

in the way provided
well we forever

be separated
