The Raven
The raven speaks
In many tongues,
I heard them all
When I was young.
The raven spoke
Of you and me,
He said "hold on
Someday you'll see."
Through ravens eyes
I'd see you there,
I had no name
And didn't know where.
Through ravens eyes
I'm up so high,
And you below
Glaring towards the sky.
The raven spoke
Of words so true,
Saying, you are of him
He is of you.
So when we meet
Be true to heart,
And in a while
We'll never part.
The raven will speak
The raven will see,
It's all about love
It's about you and me.
