The Musician’s Theme Song
Note to note, melody to melody
The drums, the guitar, the flute, the piano
You can’t feel the gravity
Anymore…
The mysteries of the universe are unlimited
Sometimes it’s terrifying
So many questions, so many secrets
We, as earthlings, stand here…with ignorance as our only and true friend
We think we’ve learned so much… We haven’t
When you don’t know the darkness, embrace it
Try to discover it…
That’s what music does… That’s what music makes us feel
Our world is all about harmony… it’s about balance
It’s about mixing things together…trying to create something new from it
It can have its own structure, its own history, its own life
So many people say… ‘’Artists are bizarre, they think too much
They don’t belong with us, they’ve created their own world’’
I say that artists have so few problems, because they’ve found their source of happiness, or even source of their own destruction
But it’s still a kind of happiness
Once you find a way to express yourself, once you understand what sets your mind and heart together
You’ll always be happy…
An artist dreams a lot, an artist thinks a lot..
