Sailors Girl
Long denied
He thirst for her,
A thousand ways
He longs,
He dreams of her,
Instinctive touch,
Her caresses,
Her whispers,
Her kisses,
And such,
He can still
Smell the essence
Of her soft silky skin,
He remembers well
The taste of her,
Like sweet honey
drizzled over sin,
Green eyes
Turn to blue,
Ever changing
With her moods,
She never sulks
Never broods
She’s always funny
Bright and kind,
Oh,what a girl,
What a find,
Soon
He’ll be returning,
She said
She’d meet him there,
But when he walks
Those lonely docks,
He can’t find her anywhere.
