    Life in Light and Dark

    Not all life is good
but not all life is bad
You must have an equal mix
Of what there is to come
Life will come to an end
    But life will always come
    Even in the darkest time
You will see a little light
Even in the best of time
    There will be something bad
If you just look and see
You will know what I say
Just look around you all the time
And you willsee what I say
No matter how much you hate
No matter how much you love
Someone will be ther to guide the way

I like that good and bad are equally balanced in this poem. It's amazing what can go wrong if one is heavier than the other. It almost feels as though the whole world is coming down... Anyway, great write. As always, a ten from me.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
