    To my daughter, I lost her 5 months into my pregnancy.

    Jayden, I miss you my daughter

     To my daughter


    J-The joy in which I felt when I found out I was pregnant with you
    A-Attitude I had toward the way I was going to raise you
    Y- To the years to which I was so devotingly willing to dedicate to you
    D- to the desire to bring into a loving family
    E- to the enternal life in which you now have
    N- To never letting you go, I love you my daughter

    wow..this is a great poem...im so sorry...losing a child is always hard.....my mom almost lost me too because i was born too early...it must have been really hard....great write...sk8

    Love this. Love acrostics. I'm working on a 32 -line one as we speak actually. May take some time though! I'm sure this site would like to see more of this style. As for this one in particular, I am so sorry if I interpret this poem correctly as the loss of a daughter? Without doubt, I feel losing a child is the single worst thing that can happen in this world. Stay strong.
