It’s All Worth It

I am worth it.  I can certainly prove it.  Though I may not have a million dollars, I am worth that and so much more.  What I have accumulated over time is priceless.

From my family I have received hundreds of thousands of “ I Love You’s “.  The kisses and hugs are more valuable than I can say.  And both family and friends have offered endless words of encouragement day after day.  All their love and support multiplied by the smiles, laughter, and a few tears add up to much happiness throughout the years.  I’m still counting.

I’m counting the numerous joys of living.  The experiences of ups and downs.  I admit that you have to subtract the sad times and the seemingly bad times.  Only you can’t take away the countless memories of good times that always see us through.

The greatest part of all my worth is that it hasn’t stopped growing.  As the treasures become too large to measure I will share them with everyone I can - always continuing to be enriched by knowing that my life has purpose.  I know exactly what I am worth and it’s more than I have ever hoped for.

Remember happiness can’t be equated in monetary terms.  There are millions upon millions of ways to possess self worth.
