Inspiration from Carl Sanburg’s Grass

I am the wind

That rustles the leaves

On the ground

As the man starts on the

Hunt.

The man grabs

At the women and holds her.

I am the wind

That covers her screams

The man strips and hits

The women and tackles

Her to the ground

I am the wind that shoves

The leaves in the air

And covers their scene

The man rapes

And beats her.

I am the wind

With no eyes to tell
