Heaven's Tears
Heavens tears falling down on me,
A fallen angel, I‘ve lost my wings.
You turned me into what I hate,
My darkest fears became my fate.
A restless turmoil in my head,
Of all those years my hatred fed.
And you, whom I once adored,
Anger in my soul you bored.
A sleepless night all alone,
In what we used to call “our home”
Memories sparring to subdue,
Of many a nights I was played a fool.
A night I shed a single tear,
And realized you weren’t wanted here.
For a broken heart any imbecile can give,
But to give your heart is to truly live.
A fallen angel, I‘ve lost my wings.
You turned me into what I hate,
My darkest fears became my fate.
A restless turmoil in my head,
Of all those years my hatred fed.
And you, whom I once adored,
Anger in my soul you bored.
A sleepless night all alone,
In what we used to call “our home”
Memories sparring to subdue,
Of many a nights I was played a fool.
A night I shed a single tear,
And realized you weren’t wanted here.
For a broken heart any imbecile can give,
But to give your heart is to truly live.
