Hearths Quest
flowing down the river of solitary...
at the swift waters i stared oblivious,
then, saw i a reflection,-
rapped in the whitest linens..
by the banks stood with splendor.
her body shone like a Diamond,
her face like a daisy in winters,
Oh and the eyes...brighter as the Evening star on a cloudless nite.
the Voice- sounded like the Melodies of the morning humming bird...and like a hundred thousand tunes from heaven.
stood i and watched like a stone on a cliff...
drained of all mine strength-stretched out...
is loneliness over, will i laugh and rejoice again?
should mine anchor be lowed,
shall i dock mine voyager and disembark to the shores?
will mine thirst and hunger be satisfied..or be this just another mist playing its tricks?
answer mine..pleas..
is my quest over or just another Sailors mirage
hoping for the end of his Treasure isle.
at the swift waters i stared oblivious,
then, saw i a reflection,-
rapped in the whitest linens..
by the banks stood with splendor.
her body shone like a Diamond,
her face like a daisy in winters,
Oh and the eyes...brighter as the Evening star on a cloudless nite.
the Voice- sounded like the Melodies of the morning humming bird...and like a hundred thousand tunes from heaven.
stood i and watched like a stone on a cliff...
drained of all mine strength-stretched out...
is loneliness over, will i laugh and rejoice again?
should mine anchor be lowed,
shall i dock mine voyager and disembark to the shores?
will mine thirst and hunger be satisfied..or be this just another mist playing its tricks?
answer mine..pleas..
is my quest over or just another Sailors mirage
hoping for the end of his Treasure isle.
