    Face all your demons and don't be afraid
    The lord will help you to find your way

    Release what haunts you & tears you in two
    Release the demons that make you sad, lonely and blue

    Face all you demons & break away to that bright, smiling, cheerful day
    One that is happy and surprisingly new

    Then look in the mirror and say "I love you"
