Who's Your True Friend?
A true friend isn’t really your father,
isn’t really your mother,
isn’t even your sister or brother,
not even a son or a daughter,
A true friend isn’t your cousin
isn’t even your closest kin
isn’t even your lover
You can’t even trust your liver
A true friend is one who delivers,
is always a forgiver,
and a joy giver,
A true friend is one who cares,
one who bares,
and one who shares,
A true friend is compassionate,
loving and passionate
is also a consoler,
and a diligent comforter
A true friend is an advisor,
a perpetual savior,
a compromiser, merciful
and most of all a defender, faithful
Last but not the least…
The Almighty One, the high priest
Has the advocacy
