    Poem Commentary

    Thia is a rewrite. to the first write of (When I Dance). I needed to put some real work to it. because when I first did it, it was a rush job and it showed.
    and I apologize to my readers. and I hope you enjoyed the rewrite.

    WHEN I DANCE
    When I dance, I have my wings
    my mind is at ease, grace surrounds me
    and all is alright with me.

    Solace and peace I recieve,because
    Demons, they leave.

    Chains are release, my soul
    is happy and free.

    When I Dance


    Miracles I see, For there's a new me

    Heaven smiles back
    and the lord is well please.



    When I dance, a new song my heart sing
    then a beautiful image manifest
    before me

    with angles encamp around about, I spread my wings
     give all of me, to perform a sweet melody, with
    the flux of my wings

    To glorify the lord of lords and king of kings

    And the world can't stop me, for it's all the praise
    stored up in me

    When I dance

    My daughter is a praise dancer and runs the dance ministry at our church. Don't know what it is but when they begin dancing God takes over and when I look at them it's like they forget they are dancing for themselves and remember who truly is Lord of the dance. Your poem put words to that feeling. I must show this to all of them. It's beautiful.

    Although I enjoyed the concept of the poem, I became distracted by the repetition of the word dance.
