When A Lady Dies
Listen up my peopleI have a request, yes?
I'll sing to you what I want
The day I enter the cementary
Woman die also
But I want you to celebrate
I want one last party on my funeral,
everyone who loves me has to celebrate
Remembering my smile
and my way of crying
Remember this strong worrior
who fought for her loved ones
During life she never backed down
With your head up high
Tell her goodbyes with honor
To all my enemies,
who wanted to be like me
Your nightmare is over
You'll always be jealous
of me being the favorite one
You were never able to be like me
Lovers I had a bunch
and the ones who kissed my lips
will savor theirs
But the love of my life will cry the most
On my beautiful Long Beach
One last Party
My mother distributing flowers
My father photos
and my sister reads my goodbye note
Drink Tequila and beer
Let the music play loud
Free a thousand butterlies
Apploud with your hands
Because that's how you celebrate
when a lady dies.
