    Time Bomb

    When will the ticking stop
    When will it pop
    Walking to the car
    Looking at a star
    Is it a warning
    To begin mourning
    Tick, tick, tick
    Make the cells slick
    Buy you a day
    Nothing to say
    Eat low fat
    How about that
    Don’t smoke
    You cosmic joke
    Is it worth it
    Should I give a shit
    Not today
    Is what I say

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
