     What's the price I d have to pay,,,?
    If I said to you what I wanted to say ...
    If I let you know how just I felt, 
    Would I be able to deal with the cards I've dealt ?

    Would it come back to shame me ,,,?
    If the truth was all I told... 
    If it hurt your ears to lighten my load,
    Would it come back to haunt me...?

    What will be the effects on the friendship we share,,,?
    If your friendship is the wager I dared...
    If "I love you" is what I have to say,
    Would that force you to walk away ?

    Would you come back to save me ,,,?
    If deep down you felt as I do... 
    If your heart belonged to me as mine does to you, 
    Would you come back to claim me...?
