The physical you is attractive

The spiritual you is real

The sexual you is satisfying

The sensitive you is who I feel

For though you lay that loving down like an artist on canvas

And though your words give me hope of a future for us

It’s the inner you I need to hear speak

I’m down to rock with you

Roll with you

Deal with whatever life has in store

And even though I like the toppings

I desire to reach your core

I believe in love

I know you do too

I am looking for a sign

A signal, a cue

A love which cannot be underestimated

Is my ultimate dream

A bond which cannot be understated

Because we fulfill each other’s needs

I know this love thing can be scary

But look at our possibilities

I believe we can overcome it all

Even if times become rocky

Like I said, I believe in love

I want it to be true
