    When you feel lonely… and nobody is there around you

    When you hear voices and they are the echo of yours

    When the nights are prolonged and your eyes stay open…

    Please SMILE… and remember me

     

    When you feel sad… and tears just drop abruptly

    And your heart is fatigued feeling too much pain

    When the light  is extinguished and you see only darkness

    Please BELIEVE… and remember me

     

    When you feel too weak to face unkind temptations

    And your aura is covered   with sorrow and regret

    When you feel lost… unable to come back to your way

    Pease BE STRONG… and remember me

     

    And when you feel this journey is going to last forever

    Or  you see  the future too far to trust or reach

    When fear undermind  your love and  ideals…

    Please HAVE HOPE… and remember me

    I like this write. My mind has been there once before. Its deeply felt with love from the past. I can relate its a thought we all hope some does when we meet are demise or in a break up with that special one please remember me

    I am not sure what it is about this write that just grabs me. You wrote this so simply, so sincerly- there wasn't alot of fancy phrasing, or heavy spiritual word action. There wasn't extreme imagery, or even metephores that scream to be evaluated.. none of this was painted in these lines, yet still, dearest- I was completely swept away. I felt each line as if you were personally here with me, consoling me- rescuing me from 'life'. Ya know, this piece is simply beautiful, and needs not be overstated to hold the bouquet of poetry, that it holds so effortlessly. This writing is a hug. For this, I thank you, and give you a big hug back! I love this poem- for ALL that is, simply.-Maddi
