    Normally Neglected

    Neglected by most

    Shoved aside by many

Put on a shelf to be viewed by no one

My rage escaping but seen by few

Slipping away from what you call "normal"

You sponge off me until I decay

    You ignore and use me

But I’m slipping away beyond your grasp

I’m here now soaking in my sorrow

I’ll be gone tomorrow drowning in your misery

I saw your forum post. I like this poem a great deal! I like that it is dark. I usually find myself writing in a somewhat similar fashion. Very relatable.

Thank you very much!! It's one of my favorites

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
