My Personal Protection
I’ve got this wall of bricks, blocking my view.
A wall of secrets, none of you have a clue.
It’s hard to open up when you’ve only been let down
It’s so hard to smile, when you’re so used to a frown.
Hurting on the inside but can’t let it show,
No one gets me, no one understands, no one knows.
I walk around with a bullet proof vest,
To protect my heart inside my chest.
