    Poem Commentary

    Wisely if we use the night, We can gain great delight, Wonders we can sight, Peace may hug us overnight, All lie in our heart and eye, We can think ever high, We can hopefully try, We can reach God in the sky,

    Let Darkness also Give Happiness
    The stars in the Sky twinkle to soothe
    The Moon asks all to come back
    The clouds travel to enjoy the World
    Cool breeze now shows her prowess

    Darkness says it has great friends
    Who charm the really true observers
    It feels that it is in no way dejected
    As it learns lessons about emptiness

    Sun will vanish to serve the other side
    So sets in darkness not to spoil hope
    But, to indicate that life also has gloom
    So fill heart with all hopeful thoughts

    Night cools the Earth with superb skill
    All beings take rest after severe toil
    Their minds and bodies are given cure
    They with true joy recuperate to live

    Night will come to soothe all of us daily
    We must understand her golden heart
    By using intelligently her kind presence
    We must build our lives helping the World

    Never curse the darkness during the night
    Meditate and chant a prayer to the Sun
    Remember Sun's feat of giving brightness
    Thank God by wondering His arrangement.
