    "I"
    I am a strong independent woman
    And yes I stand proud
    I'm not afraid to use my voice
    I will speak out loud

    I cannot be defined
    By the color of my skin
    My outside tells you nothing
    About the woman that lies within

    I am not afraid to fail
    From failure comes success
    I will continue to strive
    And do what I do best

    I have lived in fear
    For much too long
    Not willing to take a risk
    watching my life move on

    I am ready to take a chance
    And see how my life can be
    Nothing is holding me back
    I create my own destiny

    I am no longer too intimidated
    To take the world in my hands
    Because I'm indeed a product
    Of God's perfect plan!

    a very powerful positive feeling you've expressed so well. Our destiny is in our hands, when we go through hard times prayer and patience are two healers for the wounded heart. that is what Islam has taught me. May Allah bless you and give you the courage to face what lies ahead. a 10 from me.
