    God's Sweet Mercy

Hope so briefly tasted, joy that knew no bounds, precious memories held within, the blood flows again.
Once again they disappear, in mist and hopeless fog, the dark hides again, the life it so cruelly revealed.
Each breath drawn in regret, each beat of the heart a painful reminder, life so briefly renewed, lost to fate's cruel humor.
Determination swells within, love will not be lost, with God's sweet mercy, they will meet again.
