Cannot log on from new mini laptop

Cannot log on from new mini laptop

I don't know why, but I can't get logged onto this site from my new mini laptop. I can log on from other computers, and from my desktop, but with my new one it just keeps returning to the log in page. I don't know much about computers and I hope someone might have some insight into this problem. Thanks so much!
