Dear Friends

I am in the process of having my first book of poems published by Stillpoint Press out of Spokane, and I will not be spending much time here on OP as working on the book is consuming most of my computer time. I am only going to be busy and away for a short time,
maybe a few weeks or more and, no, I am not leaving OP.

I will be checking my email every few days, so let me know

Dear Dah,

I have long admired your work and wish you all the best with the publication of your new book. I'm sure it will be a huge success.
I do have a couple new poems that I would love to have you read. I don't get on here very often. Time does not permit. But I am continuing to write. I also have a blogspot where all my work is posted, if you are ever interested in checking it out. In the mean time, here are the titles of my two newest poems.

Update on my absence from OP:

Presently my brain is dense with technical writing stuff: spelling, punctuation, grammar, formatting; days are lost, time is invisible...my body and spirit does not like being at the computer for 5 and 6 hours a day...the weather has been winter-like, cold and stormy, which makes it some what easier to sit and stay inside. Eve (from Stillpoint Press) has picked 50 dahlosophy poems from my OP page and I am adding 20 new poems to the book. Looks like a publish date will be in the summer, maybe July, and the title is exciting and perfect and a secret. Eve is in the process of doing an astrological study of our signs for leading us to a spiritually perfect release date.

Putting a book together is exhausting and exciting all at once.

Thank you, dear friends, for your emails of support and excitement as orders for the book pile up. Wow! I am speechless.

I Cannot wait Dah! If I am ever blessed with such ability and luck to become published one day myself, I may ask you to write the foward my friend. So at least the reader will have that to hang thier hat on so as not to feel so cheated Haha.

Dear Friends, Update on the book: The manuscript, in its final draft, is now with the publisher and her crew (Stillpoint Press, Spokane Washington), and their excitement over its contents validates all of the long hours I have put into the making of my first book. There are 50 poems from my OP page and 17 new poems. The title will be revealed when the publishing date is announced. Thank you. Peace and Light, Dah
