Couplets?I've recently posted my first serious couplet, "Wildflowers and Roses", and I discovered the raw power of couplets. |
RE: Couplets?I don't have any myself. But I like the couplets because of the amount of power and style it takes to express so many thoughts and emotions in two small lines. Its short, but very powerful. |

RE: Couplets?hahaha I like the way you think. |
RE: Couplets?Well I don't know, but let's raise a glass, |
RE: Couplets?Beautifully done, you two. I would like to suggest you both take the proceeding pieces and combine them, each citing the other and posting the finished work on both of your pages. I would enjoy reading more from both of you, in this form. It sounds a bit like Romeo and Juliet. |
RE: Couplets?Well, it's an idea. What say you, Isernhagen? |
RE: Couplets?the defense rests, your honor. |

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
