Daughter In My Arms

Poem Commentary

Written while my baby is asleep lookin down at her :)

Daughter In My Arms

Little eyes closed
breathing softly
Tiny fist clenched
Small angel next to me
Looking down I wonder
What I did so right
For God to bless me dearly
With this baby in my sight
I'll protect and guide her
Each and everyday
Teach her of His love for Her
And show her how to pray.
With my daughter in my arms,
My heart's so full of love.
I'll remember daily
To thank the Lord above.

That was truly Beautiful and a superb write of the truest love of a gift from God that any mother will have. The gift of a child in a mothers arms is the most powerful love that he gives to us. thank you dear for sharing this wonderful love in your life with us. blessing be with you and your child in your arms from day to night each and every day. love asha

thank you very much. its not what i usually write, so wasnt sure how it would turn out. :)

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
