    Blackberries

    Girl  you know me love

    Me blackberries

    But,

They always get me in trouble,

Some of my berries are so

    Black they blue,

    But they are sweetest ones,

    My spirit guide

Usually warns me if the Berry is bad,

    But they so lovable

    It’s hard to resist,

    Oomph, them black blackberries

    Embracing me

    Kissing, loving me,

    Trying to impress me

    To spend the night,

    They smile in the sun,

In the morning upon dew light.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
