Betrayed
With confidence I wonder the state of thee.
For you hath stolen my soul from me.
Anarchy unbound; for you to kill,
my ego; my very own living will.
A punishment, for the tear that swells,
is death and darkness- where evil dwells.
Amongst the nobles, I feel betrayed,
by companions- my life lay slayed.
'Tis like Hell to be in pain;
Or is it worldly desires, left untamed?
Forever I anger, to think of your lies;
This love be pierced, through its eyes.
Nevermore, shall I call upon thy name.
Forevermore, shall my life be left in shame.
Now i have, only to run,
from everything I worked for,
everything, that I have done.
For you hath stolen my soul from me.
Anarchy unbound; for you to kill,
my ego; my very own living will.
A punishment, for the tear that swells,
is death and darkness- where evil dwells.
Amongst the nobles, I feel betrayed,
by companions- my life lay slayed.
'Tis like Hell to be in pain;
Or is it worldly desires, left untamed?
Forever I anger, to think of your lies;
This love be pierced, through its eyes.
Nevermore, shall I call upon thy name.
Forevermore, shall my life be left in shame.
Now i have, only to run,
from everything I worked for,
everything, that I have done.
