    Poem Commentary

    A woman who simply REFUSES to accept this guy that walks into her life unexpectedly and at each twist and turn she fights him. But he also fights her. He does not want her in his life either but he starts to accept it and eventually falls in love with her . But he keeps up the fights as a facade not knowing that she also has fallen but she doesn't know either. So she tries to leave after they spend the night together fighting ensues and confessions are release.

    One Lover's Denial Another Lover's Triumph

                           Each touch is misleading
    Every word is deceiving
    I live off of people's grieving
    Never receiving always taking
    Forever mistaking your kindness for weakness
    I step on your territory with no protection
    Each day your kindness was my injection
    No inspection as the infection spreads
    My skin sheds and my mind you rip into shreds
    We bed and I dread that I am dead....But....alive?
    My hearts beats my mind repeats ...Am I a sleep?
    I creep around you feet tip-toeing not knowing where I am going....No destination no hesitation
    Only anticipation to calm the nerves
    My heart reserve for one...I watch myself come undone
    My mind play images of you like a rerun
    Stun my legs began to move towards you?
    Fighting ensues you drop clues that you wish to continue
    But I am too blind yet why do my tears fall?
    My walls come down
    An I start to feel myself to drown
    My body flat lines my hearts die yet my eye flutter open
    You catch me and I fall in love all over again
