    A Kiss

Like the two magnets, we clung
Face to face, lips to lips
    Intense burning heat
Sweet taste, sweet love, we touched
    Nothing seemed matter, nothing!
No gap, no space between us
    Two hearts, two minds unified.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
