    yesterday

     yesterday's gone and today is here, yesterday was but now is near

    yesterday was once alli had but now i've found jesus how happy and glad

    yesterday i wish i had what i do now but yesterday's gone and today i must plow

    yesterdays are only a memory and today is all we have to make history

    the sorrows of yesterday still linger on, i know i should be pressing toward my place near the throne
