    Within The Moment



    Within the moment

    The shadow that follows close behind
    a silent echo from another time,
    speechless words fall from the sky
    within the moment of you and I.

    Fragments still remain
    within teardrops and falling rain,
    a remembered smile brings peace to this day
    the light of tomorrow guides the way.

    A shooting star cuts across the night
    a glimmer of you in the flash of light,
    speechless words fall from the sky
    within the moment of you and I.
