Whether Changes
Flashes pass, the thunders crash, yet still I cannot see.A storm thats gathering changes everything it passes, as it heads out to sea.
The water gathers, clouds go on passing leaving behind that which was them,
Until the ocean swallows all that follows, so none would ever see
The little foot print, the pause, the instant that was me.
Or so I thought, I must have forgot, that there would be some to say,
Hey I remember you , I saw what you did, it was just the other day.
You can make a change, it may be small, it might not even be seen by all.
They knew you were there, but they didn't care, for them you were where you should be.
Doing the things you felt important making sure all could see,
Or not, and wonder what ever came to be,
Of that world, when all was free, a cloudless sky and me.
