What's keeping you warm on Cold Nights?
What’s keeping you warm on Cold Nights?
Is it the heat from another’s body holding you tight?
Or is it an electrical device that is fueled by light?
As the December air mellows your soul
As you try to find that heat from that security that make you whole.
Erasing the chills that run down your spine
With goose bumps chilling; shivering your very own mind…
Ask yourself …What’s keeping you warm on Cold Nights.?
Could it be the hope of something new?
Or photo’s from the past that you love to go through?
What’s your heat from the chilling affect?
Past or future tense, would you rather rewind or fast forward it, the lonely cold nights or the loving cold nights?
Are you strong enough to handle both equal and right?
As you tried to think to yourself… What’s keeping you warm on Cold Nights?
Is it the heart, mind, or soul?
That fuels that fiery flame that begins to grow.
Igniting a satisfaction that gives you comfort and peace…
That you are warm now and at a safe place
Taking you under and to the land of dreams
That makes anything possible, supplying you with your wants and needs.
Relaxing you without a fight…
Making you feel alright…
Through those below zero nights…
A question and answer to you…What’s keeping you warm on Cold Nights?
