What Is True
I long despartly to again laugh ay your jokes, and to touch your skin.
Who is fate, and why did it do you in?
Ripped from my grasp, fingers trembling and my legs weak from the guilt I carry everyday.
Yearning for hope, maybe it's not real.
In my dreams your still with me, giving me the hope that I need.
Soon, I will know the truth how you will cut out my heart and laugh as I bleed.
I can not go on like this always worrying about what you think.
You can change your emotions as fast as you can wink.
The more I try to do right for you, the more you acuse me of doing wrong.
All the future plans of happiness you put in my head.
It was all just a fantasy, just sweet words that you said.
Was anything true?
No, now I see the real you.
