WHAT IS A MOTHER???
She is the daughter of past childhood, and the grandmother of the future.
The one who will always worry about you---be you two or forty-two
Always has an ear to listen.
Nothing is to small for her attention, or her heart.
Her heart is big enough to love all those around her, but tries to hide the
tears when her own are hurting.
Will give advise of what experience has taught, but the inner voice tells
her more is learned from what is seen--not heard.
Will always remember the stepping stones of your past, and takes silent
pleasure in the accomplishments of your future.
The struggle is hard with emotions so that her children become
self-reliant. At the time of passage she will try and listen with he
mind, as well as her heart.
There is a tugging of her heartstrings when her children step into
adulthood. At the same time there is a secret joy to watch them
do things on their own.
The children are seen as gems at the end of the rainbow.
Her inheritance to them---the promises of the future.
The one who will always worry about you---be you two or forty-two
Always has an ear to listen.
Nothing is to small for her attention, or her heart.
Her heart is big enough to love all those around her, but tries to hide the
