Vision

Born without sight, her mind was never blind
The truth inside revealed a spirit that was refine
In times her life defined a standard that’s now divine
A testament of faith you read upon each line
One look into her soul or analytical probe
Shows courage, heart, and strength as willingness unfolds
To spark a generation who constantly was told
It’s wrong for them to dream and reach beyond the globe
But, thanks be to the gift to us the Lord bestowed
That opened up the mind and eyes the lies has closed
And given us the hope to look into the stars
To know without a doubt exactly who we are.
