Untitled

Balls of gas that twinkle eyes
Capturing thoughts to which arise
Morose dreams and an elated heart
Neer do see the world apart
Ascending to the heavens above
Memories flicker as flames' gloves
Keeping warmth inside chilled hands
Erecting the soul into an ancient stand
Death to life we think and thought
Our memories of time distraught
