    ~Through a Childs Eyes~

    ~Through a Childs Eyes~
Born from the Heavens above - A childs love is the purest of light
Seeing only with innocense and truth - Learning the lessons of wrongs and rights
With a Smile and a Giggle - They greet each day anew
Looking up to the stars - Making a wish to come true

    ~Through a Childs Eyes~
A child speaks from their heart - Expressive as they grow older
Seeking independence and freedom - Making their own choices and becoming bolder
As they arise the innocence fades - To be an adult is to experience the pain
Soon they find that special person to love - Happiness follows and singing in the rain

    ~Through a Childs Eyes~
After wedding bliss the couple matures - Children of their own - sharing the love and laughter
Seeking that shooting star to make a wish upon - Dreaming of the Happily Ever After
Doddering now with grandchildren to spoil - Wondering how years quickly passed them by
Elderly eyes worn thru time and patience - as the child outside has grown old and grey

    ~Through a Childs Eyes~
No matter the age or who they have become - They are all children from heavens grace
Tears still shed & the heart still aches - Joking with wrinkles through smiles on their face
Memories of good and bad - makes them who they are today - Wiser for things they have acheived
All seeking approval from those they Cherish and Love - Through these old eyes -
    A Childs Eyes They See~
