    This Darkness

     THIS DARKNESS WITHIN MY MIND.
    FEEDING THIS UNFORGIVEN LIE.
    NOT KNOWING WHEN IT WILL LET ME DIE.
    THIS DARKNESS WITHIN MY MIND.
    MY EYE CLOUDED AND GRAY.
    LIFE DEAD AND GONE.
    JUST A SHELL THAT'S LEFT TO WILT AND DIE.
    MY EARS GROW DEFF NOT HEARING A SOUND.
    MY LIPS FROZEN AND BLUE NOT MAKING A SOUND.
    DEATH GRIPS TIGHTER PULLING ME DOWN.
    YOU LEFT ME HERE UNWANTED ON THIS COLD GROUND.
    LIFELESS YOU'VE BEATEN ME DOWN.
    NO TEARS TO CRY FOR ME NOW.
    FOR I AM GONE.
    NOTHING BUT A SHELL LYING APON THE GROUND.

    WOW! You are really communicating some frustration in this poem. I can feel the anger and bitterness as well. A very dark poem but as it's meant to be so therefore great job!
