The Pain
The unspeakable
Hurt he caused me with
Every word that he spoke
Please, why did I deserve
All the pain he
Inflicted with every word that he uttered
No one will ever know
I am not
Such a bad person
Kindness is all I wanted
Is that so hard to understand
Looking at him now I can see all the
Lies he ever told me
In all the years we were together and
Nothing can change that one
God awful night
Maybe, one day, I can forgive
Everything he said to me but I doubt it!
