    THE NOBLE HORSE

                                      “THE NOBLE HORSE”

     

     

    My Noble Horse is as necessary

    For me as each breath I take…

    Fresh air and life itself,

    Majesty to perceive.

     

     My Noble Horse …

    His strength and intelligence

    Take me safely

    Through  the misty forest.

     

    Alert and bold ~~

    We ride as one .

    Responding to my touch ~~

    A bond we share.

     

    Understanding his power

    I whisper ever so softly ~~

    His ears twitch back and forth

    Responding to my request.

     

    His ancestry ~~ to be wild and free,

    But for me, his breeding lies.

    My mighty, Noble Horse.

    Dancing with proud steps.

     

    Head held high ~~confident

    Snorting and blowing,

    Exulted in life as he prances …

    This mighty, Noble  Horse of mine.
